longer appointments

More appointment time and less time waiting. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with our clients and patients that is based on understanding, compassion, trust, and integrity.

Our Mission & Vision

A growing number of pet owners are turning to mobile veterinarians to care for their furry family members.

Mobile vet clinics can be an ideal solution for families with pets who are:

– Shy, scared, or skittish
– Elderly
– Large dogs with mobility problems
– Aggressive

While most of our clients utilize our mobile services, both our team and our clients have found that our new clinic in Green Creek has added an additional level of care and convenience.

The stationary clinic provides a convenient location to bring in sick or injured pets that need to be seen on an urgent basis. For example, many of our clients utilize our mobile services for their routine wellness exams on multiple pets. If one pet gets sick, they can bring him or her into the clinic without having to wait for a mobile appointment.

Some of our clients will have us pick up their pets in our mobile unit and bring them to the clinic for further care and/or surgery. We also provide pick-up and drop-off services for scheduled surgical appointments.

The clinic provides a convenient location for pickup of medications and prescription foods. We have staff available in the clinic to answer your calls, answer questions, and provide medication pickup, even when our veterinarian is out for mobile appointments.

An Urban service in a small community

We know that Tryon and the surrounding areas share our love for animals, large and small. We strive to support our community by providing the best of care to the animals that are at the heart of it.

Kelly Sulik, DVM

Dr. Kelly Sulik is a magna cum laude graduate of the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a native of North Carolina, where she grew up in Chapel Hill.

As a kid, Dr. Sulik spent most of her time outside of school on the back of a horse.  She spent many of her summers in Minnesota on her grandparents’ horse farm, where her grandfather bred and raised golden American Saddlebreds, and where her aunt, Dr. Shirley Kittleson, has a mixed animal veterinary practice.

It may be in her blood or it may be from early experience following her aunt around the vet clinic, but either way, Dr. Sulik knew it was her calling to become a vet.

While Dr. Sulik enjoys nearly all aspects of veterinary practice, her special interests include emergency medicine and ultrasonography. She has attended the renowned Sound Academy for Veterinary Imaging, where she completed several courses in abdominal ultrasonography and echocardiography.

When she is not working, Dr. Sulik can usually be found in her barn or riding one of her four horses. She is currently retraining an OTTB (Off-Track Thoroughbred) for the 2020 Retired Racehorse Project Thoroughbred Makeover, where they plan to compete in dressage.  She also enjoys spending time with her dogs of various breeds, most of whom she has rescued and rehabilitated.

Jenna Marsh

Jenna started as a Client Services Representative with AniMobile in June of 2019. She is originally from Southwestern Ohio and moved to Western North Carolina in 2018 with her fiancee, Cameron. They have a son named Ronin, two cats, Maple and Colby, and 2 Great Pyrenees-German Shepherd mixes, Mocha and Beanz. Jenna has an associate degree in Personal Training. When not at AniMobile she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and doing home projects on her house. On occasion, she likes going to travel back up to Ohio to visit family and friends.

Scott Houser

Scott moved to Tryon from Atlanta in 2015 and has been with Animobile since its inception. He earned his B.S. in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Kennesaw State University in 2004, and his business knowledge has been a valuable asset to the Animobile team. In addition to his business experience, Scott is also a skilled veterinary assistant. He genuinely cares for each and every one of our patients, and he always does his best to make them feel comfortable and happy. He also takes care of the Animobile team by making us laugh when things get tough, picking up food when we are hungry, fixing stuff when it breaks, staying up late for emergency surgeries, and pretty much taking care of whatever needs to be done.

Tammy aka “Hamster,” CEO

Hamster has been with Animobile since 2016. When she arrived as a stray from Foothills Humane Society, she was in pretty rough shape. Her back legs were paralyzed, she had head trauma, and she was covered in fleas. She was hospitalized with us for over a week, and was so kind and appreciative of our help that Dr. Sulik spent several nights sleeping on the vet truck floor to keep her company while she was being treated. Hamster has come a long way since her humble beginnings. She is now Dr. Sulik’s boss and is in charge of everyone at Animobile. She is a kind but strict authority figure who runs a tight ship. In her free time, she enjoys unwinding from work by napping on fluffy pillows and binge-watching Netflix.
